Meet Emanuel Henderson Jr.
Emanuel Henderson Jr. is an attorney for the Social Security Disability practice area. Mr. Henderson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s of Science in Human Resources from DePaul University. Mr. Henderson later obtained a Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he developed a strong interest in advocacy and client representation.
Admitted to practice law in Missouri in 2025, Mr. Henderson focuses on representing individuals in Social Security disability matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Henderson served as a law clerk with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable litigation and courtroom experience.
In addition to representing numerous claimants in Social Security Administration hearings, Mr. Henderson is an active member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. Mr. Henderson is committed to advocating for individuals navigating the disability benefits process and works to provide compassionate, client-focused representation.
