Meet Elaine Badr
Elaine Badr is a Workers' Compensation attorney at the St. Louis, Missouri, Office. Ms. Badr is licensed in Missouri and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2025.
Ms. Badr was raised in Missouri, where she completed her high school education at Lindbergh High School in 2018. Ms. Badr then attended Saint Louis University and graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with an emphasis in law, crime, and deviance, and health inequalities. Ms. Badr also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. In 2025, Ms. Badr earned her Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law.
Ms. Badr's career started at a local St. Louis Worker's Compensation Defense firm. As a Workers' Compensation defense attorney, Ms. Badr worked with many big name insurance companies, local automotive manufacturers, and other corporations to defend them against claims. Ms. Badr grew weary of helping businesses and decided to focus her practice on helping injured workers. Ms. Badr joined Morgan & Morgan, P.A., in May of 2026 and began aggressively pursuing claims on behalf of injured workers.
Ms. Badr is a Certified Mediator in the State of Missouri. She works hard to negotiate and successfully represent her clients. Also, Ms. Badr is a native Arabic and English speaker.
In her free time, Ms. Badr is an avid gardener. She also enjoys cooking for her loved ones, sharing her culture, and frequenting the theatre.
