Meet Chris Moeller
Chris Moeller was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he developed a lifelong dedication to his local community. He pursued his higher education in state, first attending Purdue University and graduating with his undergraduate degree in 2002. Driven by a passion for advocacy, he then moved on to the Indiana University Maurer School of Law to earn his Juris Doctor in 2005. Upon being admitted to the bar, Chris chose to focus his career entirely on protecting regular people, committing himself exclusively to plaintiff's personal injury law from day one.
Over the course of his impressive twenty-one-year career, Chris has established himself as a seasoned and formidable trial attorney. He has successfully tried numerous personal injury cases to verdict in front of juries, ensuring his clients' voices are truly heard in the courtroom. In addition to his substantial trial experience, Chris is a highly skilled appellate advocate who has successfully handled complex appeals before both the Indiana Appellate Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. This vast background gives him a sophisticated understanding of legal strategy at every single stage of a case.
Today, Chris brings his monumental wealth of trial wisdom and appellate experience to Morgan & Morgan’s Indianapolis office, where he focuses his practice on handling serious trucking accidents. He utilizes his extensive background to outmaneuver large corporate entities, ensuring that injured individuals and their families receive full, just compensation. Outside of his demanding legal practice, Chris enjoys a vibrant family life in Greenwood, Indiana, with his wife, Casey, and their four sons. He loves giving back to his community, staying deeply active in his local church and spending his weekends coaching youth football.
