Meet Ben Steinberg

Ben Steinberg is the managing attorney of Morgan & Morgan’s office in Gainesville, Florida. A “triple Gator,” Ben graduated both undergraduate and law school from the University of Florida, and recently served as an adjunct professor at the Levin College of Law. While in law school, he was an Executive Editor of the Florida Law Review, and was twice published. Since entering the practice of law, Ben has gained extensive experience helping injured clients involved in automobile crashes, wrongful death claims, trucking accidents, medical negligence, and other personal injury cases. He has obtained multiple seven-figure verdicts for his clients including for $9 million (motor vehicle crash), $8 million (motor vehicle crash), $5.2 million (motor vehicle crash), $2.8 million (motor vehicle crash), $2.5 million (medical malpractice), $1.6 million (motor vehicle crash), and $1.4 million (motor vehicle crash).

Ben brings all of his past experience and knowledge to benefit every Morgan & Morgan client who he represents. Client communication is at the forefront of Ben’s practice, and he and his team operate on the belief that the better informed client is always the more satisfied client. Since joining Morgan & Morgan after spending ten years with the oldest personal injury law firm in Gainesville, Ben has worked tirelessly to get results that help his clients move forward after suffering losses through no fault of their own.

Ben is a proud Gainesville resident, where he and his wife – a professor at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law – are active in the community where they are raising their three children, including Ben being a former President of Congregation B’nai Israel, one of the oldest synagogues in the State of Florida.
