Meet Ben Steinberg

Ben Steinberg is the managing attorney of Morgan & Morgan’s office in Gainesville, Florida. Ben is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Attorney and a “triple Gator,” graduating both undergraduate and law school from the University of Florida – where he was a twice-published Executive Editor of the Law Review – and serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Ben has extensive experience obtaining justice for people injured in automobile and trucking crashes, wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, and other personal injury cases. He has secured multiple seven-figure verdicts for his clients including for $9 million (motor vehicle crash), $8 million (motor vehicle crash), $5.2 million (motor vehicle crash), $2.8 million (motor vehicle crash), $2.5 million (medical malpractice), $1.6 million (motor vehicle crash), and $1.4 million (motor vehicle crash).

Client satisfaction and communication is at the forefront of Ben’s practice, and he and his team believe that the more informed client is always the more satisfied client.

Ben is a proud Gainesville resident of over 30 years where he and his wife – a professor at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law – are active in the community and have raised their three children. Gainesville and the surrounding area are his home, and he is proud to provide local representation to its citizens.
