Dedication, diligence and compassion are the keys to how Arthur Baxter works with each of his clients.
Mr. Baxter realizes that when he is acting as legal representative for a client that has been harmed by an at fault person in a serious injury case, the injured client very well may be going through one of the most traumatic experiences life can bring. In cases like this, the injured person needs someone to stand by their side with the skill, preparation and knowledge necessary to aggressively fight for them until justice is served.
Mr. Baxter has been handling personal injury cases, including auto accident cases, in Indiana for more than 30 years. He has represented injured drivers in all aspects of auto accident cases including trials and he has represented patients in trials against hospitals and physicians across Indiana, including cases for wrongful death.
Mr. Baxter has argued before the Indiana Court of Appeals and has appeared before the Indiana Supreme Court. He received his law degree from IU McKinney School of Law in 1986.
Born in Indianapolis, Mr. Baxter has lived in Indianapolis and Carmel for most of his life. With his wife, Elizabeth, who is also an Indianapolis native, Mr. Baxter has two children, Steven and Madelyn. Mr. Baxter remains a loyal IU fan, with both of his children having attended IU Bloomington.
