Meet Alexander Collingsworth
After clerking for two bankruptcy judges out of law school (including in the prestigious Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware) , I wanted to get some in-court experience, and I took a job with the Philadelphia DA's office. I was in court four days a week, usually, and handled hundreds of cases a month. I was promoted to an appellate unit that handled first-level appeals, and I argued numerous appeals during that time.
I've worked on several Mass Tort cases so far during my time here, including a class action arising from the November 2025 plane crash of a UPS cargo plane and the ongoing Social Media Addiction litigation.
