Adam Bergeron is an attorney in our Mass Tort Law & Briefing Group where he works on motions, briefs, and appeals for the firm’s class action and multidistrict litigation teams. Adam has researched and written briefs for plaintiffs in the following cases: In re Juul Labs, Inc., Mktg., Sales Practices, and Products Liab. Litig., MDL No. 2913 (N.D. Cal.); In re Social Media Adolescent Addiction/Personal Injury Products Liab. Litig., MDL No. 3047 (N.D. Cal.); In re Proton-Pump Inhibitor Products Liab. Litig. (No. II), MDL No. 2789 (D.N.J.); In re Recalled Abbott Infant Formula Liab. Litig., MDL No. 3037 (N.D. Ill.); In re Taxotere (Docetaxel) Products Liab. Litig., MDL No. 2740 (E.D. La.); Henderson et al. v. Lockheed Martin Corp., Case No. 6:21-cv-1363 (M.D. Fla.); Hermens v. Textiles Coated Incorporated, Case No. 216-2017-CV-524-525 (N.H. Super.).

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Adam was a partner at a firm in Vermont where he managed the firm’s personal injury practice and served as lead counsel in hundreds of personal injury cases. Adam has negotiated multi-million dollar settlements, tried cases to verdict, argued appeals at the Vermont Supreme Court, and briefed appeals to the Second Circuit. He lives in Vermont with his wife and son.
