Meet Adam Bergeron
Adam Bergeron is an attorney in the Mass Tort Law & Briefing Group at Morgan & Morgan where he works on behalf of plaintiffs in multi-district litigation and class actions. Adam’s primary objective is to move cases to trial by defeating motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment and Daubert motions. In addition, Adam works on appeals in the federal circuit courts.
Notable cases that Adam has worked on include multi-district litigation against the e-cigarette maker Juul for its safety claims and youth-targeted marketing practices; multi-district litigation against social media companies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube) for mental health injuries suffered by young social media users; multi-district litigation against the manufacturers of GLP-1 RA drugs (such as Ozempic) for gastrointestinal injuries; multi-district litigation against Proton Pump Inhibitor drug makers for kidney injuries; and federal district and appellate litigation against Lockheed Martin Corporation for injuries suffered by plaintiffs exposed to toxic chemicals emitted from a weapons manufacturing facility in Orlando.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Adam was a partner at a firm in Vermont where he managed the firm’s personal injury practice and served as lead counsel in hundreds of personal injury cases. Adam has negotiated multi-million dollar settlements, tried cases to verdict, argued appeals at the Vermont Supreme Court, and briefed appeals to the Second and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal. He lives in Vermont with his wife and son.
