Ramice (spelling?) was wonderful. She gave me plenty of time to explain my circumstances and continued asking relevant questions to get the full story. She was patient, courteous and very helpful. Once all my initial questions were answered, she elevated me to a higher authority. Both people had my best interests in mind and made me feel very comfortable.
