What We Offer

Insurance Programs

Health & Life Insurance: Full-time employees are eligible for coverage under a group life and health insurance program on the first of the month coinciding with or following thirty (30) days of employment for a minimal cost. Short and Long Term Disability Insurance: Full-time employees are eligible for coverage under a group disability insurance program on the first of the month coinciding with or following thirty (30) days of employment.

Dental Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible to purchase coverage under a group dental insurance program on the first of the month coinciding with or following thirty (30) days of employment.

Supplemental Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible to purchase additional insurance coverage, (i.e. short-term disability, accident, cancer, critical illness, intensive care, universal life and term life insurance) through payroll deductions.

Qualified 401(k) Plan

Empower: The Firm has a qualified 401(k) Plan through Empower. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Plan after six (6) months of employment.
