Bob Rikeman is a proud Operations Manager for Morgan & Morgan: he focuses his efforts on attorney performance, development, and satisfaction. Bob graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts and Science with a focus on Political Science-Legal Studies and the University of Massachusetts with a Masters of Science degree in Sports Management.
Most people in the Orlando community know Bob Rikeman as Rike or Coach. He spent 22 years of his life coaching college baseball and as a scout for the Chicago White Sox. From 1994 to 2005, as the Head Coach at Rollins College, Bob helped take the university’s baseball team to new heights, culminating in the team’s first and only Sunshine State Conference Championship and advancement to the D2 World Series. Bob was recently elected and formally inducted to the Rollins College Hall of Fame Class of 2025 on March 27th, 2025.
In 2010, one of Bob’s former Rollins players, Toby Rice, asked him to join him in starting Rice Energy drilling for natural gas. Joining as the company’s seventh employee, Bob eventually earned his way up the ranks from roughneck to VP of Operations of what developed into an $8B oil and gas company. In 2016, Rikeman was asked to take on the role of VP of Human Resources given his interpersonal and professional skillsets. The primary goal of this move was to provide leadership/management training in partnership with Carnegie Melon for the C-Suite, Vice Presidents and Directors. Bob was also tasked with ensuring that Rice Energy retained their company culture as they grew from 80 employees to over 500 using a variety of tools that included Predictive Index, personality assessments and other core metrics in tandem with his business acumen
In 2017, Rice Energy Sold to EQT, allowing Rikeman to retire to Florida, where he owns three small businesses promoting youth baseball in the Orlando area. The Scorpions Baseball Club LLC, Team 27 Ventures LLC (Marucci Hitter’s House Orlando), and the 2327 Sports Foundation LLC all strive to hone the personal and athletic development of youth baseball players. The 2327 Foundation LLC was founded in 2024 with the intent on providing sports opportunities to families in need.
Rikeman is currently working with attorneys and staff to improve their performance and team management through the Rise program. In addition, he has helped develop and instructs a leadership training program for all attorneys and managers to assist them in developing more productive and efficient processes and staff across all offices and disciplines.
Rikeman has a genuine passion for helping people develop, improve and succeed. It is this passion that Rikeman brings to the attorneys at the greatest injury firm in History.
