Meet William Daniel Bates

Will is a Partner at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in the Orlando office. He assists clients with various negligence claims including: Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.

Will graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Political Science and continued his education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate. Will first started with Morgan & Morgan at age 16 in 2008, working in the runners room during summers in high school, and continued working at Morgan & Morgan in the summers throughout his time at the University of Florida for both undergraduate and law school, as a legal intern.

Since joining full time as an Attorney at Morgan & Morgan in 2018, Will has successfully represented individuals in a wide range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, and workplace injuries, and continuously obtains multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
