Meet Victor Aqeel

Victor Aqeel brings a broad litigation background spanning workers’ compensation, personal injury defense, general litigation, municipal law, and disability retirement matters. He has represented thousands of clients before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, handling matters from inception through trial, as well as appeals before the New York State Appellate Division, Third Department.

Victor has also represented correction officers and police officers throughout New York State in workers’ compensation and disability retirement matters. His experience includes handling all aspects of litigation related to New York State retirement disability claims, including the preparation and filing of Article 78 petitions, as well as appeals before the New York State Appellate Division, Third Department, and the New York State Court of Appeals.
