Meet Varun Ramnarine

Varun Ramnarine maintains an active litigation practice in which he champions the cause of those who have been injured by the negligence of others. He is committed to the fight for justice and preservation of the right of access for all persons to the civil jury trial system. To that end, his legal career is dedicated to protecting those who feel as if they are voiceless and powerless when confronted by the big corporate interests that all too often choose to place profits over people.

Mr. Ramnarine received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida in 2008. He continued his studies at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor in 2011.

After graduation from law school, he worked with a large statewide law firm where he defended Fortune 500 companies as well as insurance companies and their insureds in a wide variety of cases involving personal injury, wrongful death and professional liability to include accounting, legal and medical malpractice as well as errors and omissions on the part of insurance agents and brokers.

Since transitioning his practice to Morgan & Morgan, he has worked tirelessly to obtain the best possible results for his clients and has dedicated his practice exclusively to the prosecution of claims on behalf of those who have been injured by the negligence of others and corporations. He prides himself on providing aggressive representation for his clients but does so with a caring and personalized touch.

Mr. Ramnarine is a member of the Florida state bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He further has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers magazine – an annual publication that recognizes the top 2.5% of the state’s young lawyers.

Mr. Ramnarine was also selected for inclusion in the National Lawyers Top 100 which is a professional organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from across the county who exemplify superior qualifications as civil plaintiff trial lawyers.
