Varun Ramnarine maintains an active litigation practice in which he champions the cause of those who have been injured by the negligence of others.

Varun Ramnarine is an equity partner and trial attorney at Morgan & Morgan, where he serves as Head of the Premises Liability Department for the firm’s Orlando and surrounding offices. He is a relentless advocate for individuals and families harmed by the negligence of others and is deeply committed to holding corporations and insurance companies accountable when they place profits over people.

Mr. Ramnarine leads a high-stakes, high-impact litigation practice focused exclusively on representing injured clients. In his leadership role, he provides strategic direction and oversight across complex premises liability matters while continuing to actively litigate cases. He has obtained multiple multi-million-dollar settlements and trial verdicts on behalf of his clients, and his practice is driven by a singular mission: to maximize outcomes and ensure injured individuals have a powerful voice in the civil justice system.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Ramnarine built his litigation foundation at a large statewide defense firm, where he represented Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, and their insureds in high-stakes cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and professional liability, including medical, legal, and accounting malpractice, as well as insurance errors and omissions. This defense-side experience gives him a distinct advantage—insight he now uses to anticipate strategies, expose weaknesses, and aggressively pursue results on behalf of injured plaintiffs.

Mr. Ramnarine earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

His excellence in advocacy has been recognized by his peers. Mr. Ramnarine has been named a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers, an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys statewide, and he has been selected for inclusion in the National Lawyers Top 100, a distinction reserved for premier civil plaintiff trial lawyers nationwide.
