Meet Trevor G. Hawes

Trevor Hawes is a board certified civil trial attorney who fights for people injured by the negligence of others. In more than 25 years as an attorney, he has tried over 50 civil jury trials and won more than 10 multi-million dollar plaintiff verdicts.

Trevor is an executive committee member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Jacksonville Chapter.  He is also a fellow of the International Society of Barristers.

Trevor represents injured clients in car accidents, trucking collisions, and premises liability incidents. He is known for his courtroom skill and for preparing every case as if it will be tried. Clients get a lawyer who will listen carefully, explain the process clearly, and be ready to take their case to a jury.

Earlier in his career, Trevor represented insurers and businesses in "bet the company" type cases.  This taught him how insurance companies and big business evaluate and defend claims. He now uses that insight to push back on those tactics and pursue maximum reimbursement for his clients.  For him, the work comes down to helping people.
