Meet Theresa Turkowski
Theresa Turkowski was born in New York and raised in Jupiter, Florida, where she grew up with a natural desire to help others and give back to her community. Channeling that passion into higher education, she attended Florida State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History before earning her Master of Science in Applied American Politics and Policy in 2023. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies, Theresa gained practical, hands-on legal experience working as a paralegal and law clerk, supporting complex civil rights claims, auto accident claims, and wrongful death cases.
Driven by her goal to become a dedicated courtroom advocate for everyday people, Theresa continued her legal training at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2026. During law school, she immersed herself in public service, completing internships with two non-profit organizations and advocating for local residents through the Environmental and Community Development Clinic. These formative experiences refined her client-first perspective and reinforced her commitment to standing up for individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.
Today, Theresa brings that vibrant energy, strong work ethic, and heartfelt dedication to the Morgan & Morgan team, where she focuses her practice on championing injured individuals. Approachable, empathetic, and attentive, she takes the time to listen closely to her clients, guiding them through the legal process and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Outside the office, Theresa loves staying creative through painting and baking, and she cherishes spending quality time with her family, friends, and her two cats, Rosie and Ollie.
