Biography Overview

Tanner Shultz grew up in central Illinois and moved to Lexington, Kentucky in 2002 to attend the University of Kentucky, where he earned a B.S. in Finance and Economics. He was then awarded an academic scholarship to attend the University of Dayton School of Law, where he earned his J.D. in May 2010. He has been published in the IDC Quarterly publication for the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, has interned for Fayette Circuit Judge, Hon. Kimberly N. Bunnell, and is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Illinois.
 
Mr. Shultz began his legal career practicing general civil litigation at a small firm in Lexington before shifting his focus to workers compensation and personal injury. He joined Morgan & Morgan in February of 2015 and focuses his practice on issues of premises liability.
