Meet Tamara Schweinsberg

Tamara Schweinsberg is a St. Petersburg, Florida, native and a personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan. She brings a combination of legal skill, personal resilience, and insurance knowledge to the fight for injured clients. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, she spent years on the insurance side handling claims, litigation strategy, and case evaluation. Today, she uses that experience to advocate for injured people and their families.

Ms. Schweinsberg understands that after an accident, clients are dealing with far more than a legal claim. They may be facing pain, stress, lost income, medical treatment, and uncertainty about how they will care for themselves and their families. She brings compassion and determination to every case, helping clients feel heard, protected, and empowered throughout the legal process.

Her journey reflects the strength and perseverance she brings to her practice. Ms. Schweinsberg earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law while raising six young children as a single mother and working part time as a paralegal for a disability firm. That extraordinary accomplishment shaped the attorney she is today: disciplined, relentless, and deeply aware of the real-life burdens people carry when they need legal help most.

In addition to her professional experience, Ms. Schweinsberg was honored by Stetson University College of Law with the Dean’s Award for extraordinary service at the law school. Her commitment to service also extends beyond the courtroom through her involvement with organizations benefiting children, including Toys for Tots, Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program, and other charities benefitting children throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Her background in litigation, negotiation, claims analysis, and dispute resolution gives her the tools to build strong personal injury cases and stand up to insurance companies from a position of experience and strength.
