Meet Scott Kuperberg

Scott Kuperberg began his professional journey in New York, completing his undergraduate studies at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York in 2002. Driven by a passion for the law, he moved upstate to attend the Syracuse University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2005. Following law school, Scott successfully built a remarkably broad legal footprint, securing bar admissions across state lines in Georgia, Tennessee, and New York. His extensive credentials also include admission to practice before the US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, as well as multiple federal courts, including the Northern, Middle, and Southern District Courts of Georgia, and the Eastern, Middle, and Western District Courts of Tennessee.

Over his distinguished career, Scott gained deep litigation experience by taking on various senior roles in civil law. He spent his early career sharpening his courtroom and legal research skills as a senior associate attorney handling complex legal matters in the Atlanta area. Demonstrating strong leadership and legal acumen, Scott went on to spend over a decade operating as a managing partner of a law practice. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing complex litigation strategies and managing high-stakes civil matters, which further deepened his commitment to providing top-tier client advocacy. Most recently, he continued his work as a dedicated full-time trial attorney, focusing heavily on fighting for individuals in the courtroom and navigating intricate injury claims.

Today, Scott brings this incredible wealth of diverse experience, leadership background, and legal insight to his practice. As an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, he remains deeply committed to staying at the forefront of trial strategy and consumer advocacy. Known for his warm, friendly, and approachable communication style, Scott works tirelessly to guide individuals and families through the complexities of the legal system.
