Meet Rufus Williams
Rufus Williams grew up with a strong, grounded work ethic, developing an early appreciation for everyday working families and the dedication it takes to provide for a household. Inspired to use that perspective to advocate for others, he pursued his legal education locally at the University at Buffalo School of Law. Earning his Juris Doctor in Western New York, Rufus focused his legal training on civil advocacy and the procedural frameworks designed to protect employees when accidents happen on the job.
Upon entering practice, Rufus committed his career to helping injured workers navigate the often overwhelming workers’ compensation system. Over more than a decade of dedicated legal advocacy, he has guided clients through complex administrative processes and hearings, securing vital medical care and essential wage replacement benefits. Through years of hands-on experience, Rufus built a reputation as a focused and detail-driven litigator who pairs a natural competitive edge in negotiations with genuine warmth and empathy for the people he serves.
Today, Rufus brings that extensive ten-year track record to the Morgan & Morgan team at the Buffalo office, representing injured workers and their families throughout the State of New York. Placing attentive client service at the heart of his practice, Rufus ensures his clients always feel heard, respected, and fully supported throughout the recovery journey. He takes immense pride in standing up for hardworking people across the state, working tirelessly to hold insurance carriers accountable and deliver the full benefits his clients rightfully deserve.
