Meet Robert S. Goggin

Robert Goggin is a proud Pennsylvania local who grew up in Delaware County. He began his academic journey at the University of South Carolina, where he completed his undergraduate studies in 2015. Driven by a desire to serve his community through the legal system, he returned to Pennsylvania to attend the Drexel University School of Law. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2019, building a strong foundation in advocacy and legal theory that would define the early chapters of his professional career.

Following law school, Robert dedicated himself to public service as a prosecutor, gaining extensive courtroom experience at both the Chester County District Attorney's Office and the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. During this time, he focused on standing up for victims of crime and handled a diverse array of serious matters, including homicides, shootings, robberies, and domestic violence cases. This period of his career instilled in him a deep sense of responsibility toward those who have suffered harm and a relentless drive to ensure their voices are heard within the justice system.

After his time in the public sector, Robert transitioned into private practice at a small personal injury firm in Philadelphia before joining the Philadelphia office of Morgan & Morgan. Today, he focuses his practice on personal injury matters and car accidents, utilizing the trial skills he sharpened as a prosecutor to benefit his clients. Robert’s extensive background in litigation and his commitment to helping others navigate the aftermath of traumatic incidents make him a compassionate and effective advocate for the people of Philadelphia.
