Meet Rheanne D. Falkner

Rheanne Dodson Falkner spent her early childhood in Bowling Green, Kentucky, before moving to Louisville during high school, proudly keeping strong ties to both communities she calls home. After graduating from Ballard High School, she continued her higher education locally at the University of Louisville. Driven by a deep commitment to legal advocacy, she earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Upon graduation, she gained admission to the state bars of both Kentucky and Indiana, alongside admissions to the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Launching her litigation career, Rheanne initially concentrated her practice on civil rights disputes, insurance defense, and real estate litigation. This early defense background provided her with valuable, firsthand insight into how insurers evaluate risk, assess claims, and prepare courtroom strategies. Building on that foundation, she later co-founded and managed her own law practice alongside a law school colleague, broadening her trial work to encompass complex commercial trucking collisions, car crashes, employment litigation, medical malpractice claims, and premises liability matters.

Across nearly three decades in the courtroom, Rheanne has distinguished herself through her balanced experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Having stood on both sides of personal injury disputes, she possesses a 360-degree view of civil litigation that allows her to anticipate opposing arguments and construct proactive legal strategies. Clients and colleagues appreciate her thorough preparation, steady courtroom presence, and ability to navigate intricate liability questions with clarity and composure.

Today, Rheanne brings that extensive twenty-nine-year track record to the Morgan & Morgan team, where she focuses on fighting for injured individuals and their families. Warm, approachable, and deeply attentive, Rheanne recognizes that an unexpected injury brings personal questions and life disruptions that extend far beyond the courtroom. She takes genuine pride in being a dependable, compassionate guide for everyday people, ensuring each client receives dedicated communication, personal support, and the full justice they deserve.
