Meet Phillip K. Moeller
Phillip is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s downtown Orlando office. His focus is on representing individuals and families injured in automobile, trucking and premises liability cases. Born and raised in Orlando, Phillip is committed to this community and works hard to serve the injured.
He attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in International Business. He then earned his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school he served as an editor on the Florida Journal of International Law and earned a Certificate in Estate Planning. He also volunteered with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, providing tax return preparation services to local individuals and families. During his first year of law school, he earned the top grade in his Legal Research & Writing class.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Phillip gained extensive experience working at a local personal injury law firm for several years. He successfully represented hundreds of injured individuals, obtaining millions of dollars to compensate them for their injuries. He is experienced litigating in both Florida state and federal court. Phillip works hard alongside his clients to obtain the best possible result. He is honored to fight for justice and serve those injured by negligence in this community.
