Meet Niko V. Sousa
Niko Sousa was born and raised in South-Central Massachusetts. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa in 2021 before receiving his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2025. After passing the Florida Bar, Mr. Sousa continued his employment with Morgan & Morgan to advocate for individuals whose lives have been disrupted by the negligence of others and to pursue meaningful accountability on their behalf.
Mr. Sousa specializes in premises liability matters, including slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall accidents, dog-bite claims, negligent security cases, and cases involving negligent hiring, training, supervision, or retention. Mr. Sousa is deeply committed to helping clients navigate the challenges that follow an injury while pursuing accountability from those responsible. He approaches each case with a client-focused mindset and works to help injured individuals seek the justice they so deserve.
Outside of the office, Mr. Sousa enjoys working out, watching sports, spending time at the beach, and skateboarding.
