Meet Nikita Wolf
Nikita Wolf has spent more than a decade advocating for individuals facing some of life's most challenging moments. With extensive trial experience and a deep understanding of how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims, she is dedicated to helping injured clients pursue the justice and compensation they deserve.
Nikita earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from The College of William & Mary and her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, she distinguished herself both as an advocate and a leader. As a first-year law student, she outperformed second- and third-year students to earn a position on the Trial Advocacy Board. She also served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Law & Public Interest and was elected Chief Justice of the University of Richmond School of Law Honor Court.
Nikita began her legal career working for a major insurance company. The experience provided valuable insight into how insurers assess claims, develop defense strategies, and evaluate risk—knowledge she now uses to benefit her clients. Over the course of her career, Nikita has handled more than 40 jury trials and countless bench trials and contested hearings in both state and federal courts. Her extensive courtroom experience has sharpened her ability to analyze complex cases, build persuasive arguments, and advocate effectively for those she represents.
Nikita is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the American Association for Justice, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and Trial School. She has also been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Litigation attorney.
Today, Nikita brings her trial experience, litigation background, and understanding of insurance company tactics to Morgan & Morgan. She is committed to helping injured individuals hold negligent parties accountable and recover the compensation they need to move forward.
