Meet Nadia Ragheb Gonzalez
Ms. Ragheb earned a law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1986, where she served on the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review. During law school, she received a Best Brief award for writing the best appellate Moot Court brief, and an oral advocacy award in the Moot Court competition. Ms. Ragheb graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
While in law school, Ms. Ragheb enjoyed the trial advocacy courses and decided to pursue civil litigation as a career. She gained jury trial experience as a Student Attorney with the Legal Aid and Defender Association of Detroit, where she independently tried cases to a jury beginning with the summer after her first year of law school. This experience cemented her decision to use her skills as a trial attorney to advocate for people who have been unfairly wronged by the misconduct or negligence of others.
Ms. Ragheb has been practicing as a personal injury trial attorney for her entire career, and is experienced in automobile negligence, police misconduct, premises liability, medical negligence, and other personal injury claims. She has also represented people in cases involving denial of insurance benefits, including no-fault first-party insurance claims, property loss, and fire loss claims. Ms. Ragheb is also an experienced appellate attorney.
She is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice, where she serves on the Amicus Curiae Committee, writing appellate briefs on important legal issues pending before the Michigan Supreme Court. She is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Chicago Bar Association.
Ms. Ragheb joined Morgan & Morgan in November 2025 as a trial attorney. She concentrates her practice representing people injured in serious automobile crashes, and other personal injury claims.
Ms. Ragheb is admitted to practice in Michigan and Illinois. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
