Meet Mike J. Pajak
Mike Pajak is a dedicated personal injury attorney who has been advocating for injured clients since 2017. Over the course of his career, he has handled thousands of cases and built a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer who is always prepared to take a case to verdict.
Mr. Pajak focuses his practice on representing victims of auto accidents and premises liability incidents. He approaches every case with the understanding that each client’s situation is unique, and he works tirelessly to secure the maximum compensation they deserve.
A seasoned litigator, he has tried hundreds of cases and is known for his courtroom presence and strategic advocacy. In his first solo jury trial, he obtained a verdict that was eight times higher than the pre-trial offer. Since then, he has secured numerous six-figure settlements on behalf of his clients. He was selected as a "Rising Star: 2026" by Super Lawyers.
Mike earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University before attending Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. While in law school, he was recognized for his excellence in trial advocacy, receiving an Outstanding Advocacy Award from the trial team. He also demonstrated a strong commitment to service, earning recognition for completing over 200 hours of pro bono work.
Today, Mike continues to combine courtroom experience, strategic negotiation, and client-focused representation to achieve meaningful results for those he represents. When Mike is not preparing for trial, he enjoys spending time with his wife Alyx and their bulldog and playing hockey.
