Meet Mickaela Davis
Mickaela Davis was born and raised in Pennsylvania, where she grew up driven by a strong sense of determination, compassion, and justice. Seeking new opportunities, she moved to Georgia to attend Emmanuel University for her undergraduate studies. During her time there, Mickaela was a dedicated Division II college lacrosse player. Balancing the demands of academics and athletics allowed her to develop a deep sense of discipline, resilience, and a competitive spirit. This experience taught her the true value of hard work and preparation, qualities that would later become foundational to her professional career.
Following her time as a student athlete, Mickaela moved to Ohio to pursue her legal education at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Throughout law school, she focused heavily on sharpening her courtroom skills by participating in mock trials. She also sought out meaningful, hands-on advocacy opportunities, working closely with clients in both the Civil Law Clinic and the Juvenile Justice Clinic. These formative experiences allowed her to strengthen her courtroom abilities and deepened her lifelong commitment to helping people navigate complex and overwhelming legal challenges.
Mickaela further expanded her advocacy background through impactful roles with the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office and the Lawyers for Kids program at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Working within these organizations provided her with invaluable insight into how heavily legal struggles can impact individuals and families during their most vulnerable moments. This work reinforced her passion for being a steady, effective advocate and solidified her desire to use her legal training to support people going through life's most challenging circumstances.
After earning her law degree, Mickaela chose to return to Georgia to focus her career entirely on personal injury law. Today, she is a vital part of the Morgan & Morgan team at the Atlanta office, where she specializes in representing individuals and families involved in car and motorcycle accidents. She brings a client-first mindset to every case, blending empathy for her clients with a tenacious fighting spirit. Mickaela is proud to stand up for injured individuals, working tirelessly to help them secure the compensation they need to fully recover and move forward with their lives.
