Meet Michael Sigall

Michael Sigall is Morgan & Morgan's Managing Attorney of the California Employment Division, where he represents individuals in complex workplace disputes. Mr. Sigall focuses on class actions involving wage and hour violations, Private Attorney General Act claims, and cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Sigall spent nearly four years at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, representing employers in high-stakes employment litigation. This invaluable experience gives him insight into defense strategies, which he now leverages to advocate for employees.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sigall helped secure a major arbitration victory in recovering approximately $17 million on behalf of 11 plaintiffs.

Mr. Sigall earned his B.A. from the University of Washington and his J.D. from Loyola Law School. He is admitted to practice in California and before all four U.S. District Courts in the state.

He has been recognized as a “Ones to Watch” honoree by Best Lawyers in America (2026) and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2021–2024. He is also a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services and was named Volunteer of the Year at Bet Tzedek.
