Meet Michael R. Gonzalez
Michael Gonzalez was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where his passion for helping others began at a young age. Growing up, he dedicated his time to tutoring and helping provide computers to children in need, reflecting his lifelong commitment to giving back to his community. Michael went on to attend the University of Florida, where he earned his undergraduate degree before returning to Miami to work in real estate. For seven years, he focused on both luxury and low-income housing, developing a deep understanding of how to serve people from all walks of life while strengthening his drive to make a positive difference.
Determined to expand his impact, Michael pursued a law degree at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. There, he distinguished himself as a student leader and advocate, earning the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Leadership. He served as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution competition team, held executive roles in both the Jewish and Hispanic Law Student Organizations, and mentored fellow students, all while excelling academically. His ability to connect with others and lead with empathy became defining traits of his legal journey.
Michael’s dedication to justice and advocacy naturally led him to join Morgan and Morgan’s Orlando office, where he proudly fights For The People. Having started with the firm as a Legal Assistant in 2024 and continuing as an Attorney after graduating in 2025, he brings compassion, determination, and an unwavering commitment to achieving the best outcomes for his clients. His career is driven by the same core belief that shaped his early years in Miami: that helping others is not just a goal, but a lifelong calling.
