His legal journey began with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, complementing his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida (UF). Notably, during his time at UF, Mike also had a notable role as a UF quarterback, showcasing his versatility. Holding Florida Board Certification in Civil Trial Law since 2009, Mike showcases his expertise in complex civil trial cases.

Notably, he became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator in 2015, emphasizing his commitment to constructive dispute resolution.
