Meet Michael R. Lentini
Michael Lentini often says he was born to be a trial lawyer, having grown up immersed in his family's law firm. From an early age, he witnessed firsthand the deep dedication, long hours, and unwavering commitment his mother and three uncles devoted to achieving life-changing results for their clients. Observing their work instilled in him a deep respect for the legal profession and a strong desire to pursue courtroom advocacy. Driven by that childhood aspiration, Michael pursued his legal education at the Florida State University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor and laying the foundation for his career in litigation.
Upon graduating, Michael launched his career as an Assistant State Attorney for Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando. Serving as a prosecutor gave him extensive, high-volume courtroom experience as he sought justice on behalf of the people of Florida. He later joined his family's law firm, where he established a criminal defense practice alongside representing individuals injured through the negligence of others. Through aggressive advocacy, Michael secured numerous favorable verdicts and settlements, including recoveries exceeding $1 million, earning him membership in the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Seeking to broaden his strategic perspective, Michael eventually transitioned into representing several of the nation's largest insurance companies. This time spent in corporate defense provided him with invaluable, behind-the-scenes insight into how insurance carriers evaluate claims, assess risk, and approach litigation. Understanding the exact playbooks and defense tactics used by corporate insurers ultimately became a powerful tool in his legal arsenal, enabling him to better position cases and maximize recovery value for everyday individuals.
Today, Michael is proud to once again stand up for accident victims and their families as part of the team at Morgan and Morgan in Orlando. Drawing on his rich background as a prosecutor, private trial attorney, and former defense counsel, he guides clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives.
