Megan Garcia's journey from Woodstock, Georgia, to becoming a dedicated personal injury attorney is marked by her passion for justice and advocacy. Her academic foundation at The University of West Georgia, where she excelled on a Softball Scholarship and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, laid the groundwork for her legal career. Ms. Garcia further honed her expertise by obtaining her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law, reflecting her commitment to pursuing excellence in the legal field.

Before joining Morgan and Morgan, Ms. Garcia already had valuable experience as a personal injury attorney in both Alabama and Georgia. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in representing individuals injured due to negligence. Ms. Garcia firmly believes in fighting tirelessly for the rights of these individuals, ensuring they receive the compensation and justice they deserve. Her decision to join Morgan and Morgan was driven by her desire to continue utilizing her skills to help clients navigate the legal process effectively and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Garcia finds joy in playing competitive flag football and immersing herself in various sporting events. This passion for sports mirrors her dedication and determination in advocating for her clients, showcasing her multifaceted approach to life and work.
