Meet Max Richardson

Maximillian Richardson built a strong foundation of leadership and discipline early in life, both academically and on the field. He attended Boston College, where he excelled as a student athlete, earning his Bachelor of Science in 2019 and a Master of Science in 2020. His drive and dedication propelled him to the highest levels of professional sports, playing in the NFL for the Las Vegas Raiders. Bringing that same determination and focus to the legal arena, Maximillian pursued his Juris Doctor at the Charleston School of Law, graduating in December 2024 with a deep passion for trial advocacy.

Upon entering legal practice, Maximillian stepped straight into the courtroom in private practice, honing his advocacy skills by defending clients in both felony and misdemeanor criminal matters. During this formative period, he gained substantial trial experience in complex and sensitive proceedings, highlighted by securing a notable Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity verdict in federal court for the Southern District of Georgia. These high pressure courtroom experiences shaped him into an attentive listener, an articulate communicator, and a calm, decisive leader who understands how to advocate effectively when the stakes are highest.

Today, Maximillian brings that energetic trial readiness and genuine commitment to service to the Morgan & Morgan team at the Alpharetta, Georgia office. Moving into his third year of practice, he focuses his talents on standing up for everyday people, treating every client with empathy, respect, and open communication. Maximillian takes great pride in guiding individuals through difficult times, using his courtroom experience and competitive drive to ensure his clients receive the dedicated representation and full justice they deserve.
