Meet Lea Castro-Martinez

Lea Castro-Martinez began her academic journey at Florida State University, where she completed her undergraduate studies and developed a strong foundation for her professional career. Driven by a passion for advocacy, she went on to attend the Florida International University College of Law to earn her Juris Doctor. During her time in law school, she focused on honing the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of the legal system, preparing herself to stand up for the rights of individuals in her community.

Following her graduation, Lea dedicated her practice to representing plaintiffs in first-party property insurance disputes. In this role, she became a fierce advocate for homeowners, handling claims involving significant property damage from hurricanes, water, and other unforeseen events. This experience provided her with invaluable insight into the inner workings of insurance companies and how they evaluate and defend claims. By understanding the strategies used by insurers from the inside out, she developed a strategic edge that she now brings to every case she handles.

Today, Lea is a key member of the Morgan & Morgan team at the Miami office, where she focuses on representing individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents. She is deeply committed to helping her clients navigate the often-overwhelming aftermath of a serious injury, working tirelessly to ensure they receive the full compensation they deserve. As a bilingual attorney, Lea is proud to offer her services in Spanish, ensuring that her clients can communicate comfortably and feel fully supported throughout the legal process.

In Their Words

From an early age, I was drawn to advocacy and problem-solving. I’ve always questioned, analyzed, and argued for what I believe is right, and the law gave me a way to channel those instincts into something purposeful.
