Meet Kimberly Mason

Kimberly Mason is an attorney in the firm's mass torts practice.  She prides herself in working hard for her client by paying attention to the details, whether that be in documents, depositions, or pleadings.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Mason practice family law and complex litigation at a firm in Concord, New Hampshire, where she provided high-quality client-focused service through research, detailed analysis, and listening to the needs of her clients.  During law school she also interned for Massachusetts district and municipal court judges and interned at the Suffolk Count District Attorney's Office (MA).  She worked previously in Boston and Washington, D.C. as an IP paralegal specializing in patent and trademark prosecution.

Attorney Mason's philosophy as an attorney has been to give back and pay it forward.  She was a Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Law Fellow during law school, where she taught constitutional law to Boston-area high school students while training them for a national moot court competition.  She has been a panelist for Massachusetts Legal Answers Online, assisting Massachusetts residents who otherwise have no access to legal assistance.
