Kenneth Frederick Major

Ken Major is a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Morgan and Morgan’s Nashville, Tennessee office. A second-generation attorney, he was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and moved to the South with his family after high school.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama and then graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he was on the Dean’s list. During law school, he clerked with Hospital Corporation of America’s Labor and Employment Litigation Department, Judge Kelvin Jones of the 8th Circuit Court of Davidson County, and Casey Gerry, LLP out of San Diego, CA.

After law school, Ken has represented clients across a broad spectrum of cases and legal issues.

Ken is an Eagle Scout and has continued to be involved in the Boy Scouts as a member of the Advisory Board of the Middle Tennessee District of the Boy Scouts of America. After work, Ken can be found at the gym, out on the golf course, spending time with his family and his dog, traveling, or cooking.
