Kate Mann is an attorney dedicated to representing injured workers in workers' compensation claims. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, she spent more than nine years representing employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation litigation. Her extensive background provides her with valuable insight into how claims are evaluated and defended, allowing her to advocate effectively for clients seeking the benefits they deserve.

Kate earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in 2012 before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2015.

Outside of practicing law, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their dog.
