Meet Jordan Solarz

Jordan M. Solarz is a partner and trial attorney based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, where he manages the nursing home litigation practice. He advocates for victims and families who have suffered injury or death due to the negligence of medical care providers, including nursing homes and hospitals.

Jordan earned his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University and graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Throughout his career, Jordan has successfully litigated a wide range of nursing home abuse and neglect cases, securing meaningful outcomes for clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

His notable case results include a $1,028,960 jury verdict in Philadelphia County (2025) in a pressure injury and wrongful death case; a $2,975,000 arbitration award (2023) in a nursing home abuse case; and a $1,000,000 jury verdict in Monroe County, PA (2017) involving a fall with hip fracture at a long-term care facility.

Jordan is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ), where he previously served as Co-Chair of the Nursing Home Division.
