Meet Johnny Brooks

Johnny Brooks is an attorney in the Philadelphia office whose practice focuses on motor vehicle accident cases. He combines a client-centered approach with extensive leadership, problem-solving, and advocacy experience. He is committed to providing responsive, personalized representation and takes pride in helping clients navigate the legal process with confidence during challenging times.

Before entering the legal profession, Johnny served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, including a combat deployment in Iraq in support of Operation Noble Eagle/Enduring Freedom, where he earned the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for superior performance and leadership. He later held executive leadership roles in business and operations management, overseeing contracts, human resources, project management, and international operations. Drawing on this diverse professional background, John brings a disciplined, strategic perspective to every case he handles. His experience leading teams in high-pressure environments has strengthened his ability to analyze complex issues, communicate effectively, and advocate for clients facing difficult and often stressful situations. Johnny understands the challenges that can arise after a serious motor vehicle accident and works diligently to guide clients through the legal process while pursuing the best possible outcome on their behalf.

Outside of his legal practice, Johnny enjoys spending time with his two rescue pit bull mixes, Reina and Tutu. He maintains a daily yoga practice and is also a certified yoga instructor, believing that discipline, balance, and mindfulness are essential both in life and in the practice of law.

Committed to service beyond his legal practice, Johnny has served as a Philadelphia Veterans Court Mentor and held leadership positions within the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5205 and District 1, reflecting his dedication to helping others navigate challenging circumstances.
