Jared Comstock

Biography Overview

Jared Comstock is an attorney in our Gainesville premises liability department. Born and raised in Gainesville, Florida, he joins our firm after spending many years fighting for the rights of the injured at Gainesville’s oldest personal injury law firm. Jared pitched for Georgia Southern University, which he attended on a baseball scholarship and graduated cum laude with a degree in finance. After getting his degree, he went on to law school, where he graduated in the top 3% of his class, was a member of the Law Review, and earned several “book awards.”

During his career, Jared has focused on civil litigation involving personal injury, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and commercial litigation. He is dedicated to representing clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of individuals and corporations. When not fighting for his clients, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, attending as many Gator sporting events as possible, and playing golf.
