Meet Ja'miyah Price

Born and raised in Virginia, Ja’Miyah Price always knew she wanted a career centered on service and helping others. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Christopher Newport University before continuing her education in Baltimore, Maryland, at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.

At Maryland Carey, Ja’Miyah completed the Dispute Resolution and Business Law tracks. She served as President of the Black Law Students Association and as Director of Alumni Affairs for the Mid-Atlantic Black Law Students Association. Her work in the Mediation Clinic earned her the Hon. Paul A. Dorf Dispute Resolution Award and the Anne Barlow Gallagher Prize for Service to Children and Youth.

Ja’Miyah gained valuable experience in Maryland’s courts through judicial internships with the Maryland Supreme Court and the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. Following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dana M. Middleton of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Her experience in the Maryland court system strengthened her ability to analyze complex legal issues, develop practical solutions, and approach each matter with care and attention to detail.

Today, Ja’Miyah is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Baltimore office. She brings her background in Maryland’s courts and dispute resolution to her practice, with a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to each matter.

Outside of her practice, Ja’Miyah enjoys solo traveling, trying new restaurants throughout Baltimore, and spending time with family and friends
