Biography Overview
Hailey Tutton is a dedicated attorney who focuses her practice on representing individuals seriously injured in motor vehicle, motorcycle, and trucking accidents. Hailey has a strong commitment to justice and her clients, drawing on her extensive experience advocating for transportation workers nationwide who suffered from cancer due to their employment.
Growing up in a small, close-knit community in northwestern Pennsylvania, Hailey developed a strong sense of community and a desire to help others. This background influenced her work in health care and public health, where she explored the impact of these systems on individuals and communities. Her dedication to service is further reflected in her work providing legal assistance to veterans and their families, ensuring they receive the support and justice they deserve.
Hailey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Pre-Law and Philosophy from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2016, followed by a Juris Doctorate with a concentration in health law from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2019.
She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska. Recognized for her legal expertise, Hailey was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2023 and 2024, a distinction awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in the state.
Outside of her legal practice, Hailey enjoys exploring the vibrant city of Philadelphia and its surrounding areas with her husband, Shane.
