Meet Gabi Jackson

Gabi Jackson is a dedicated attorney with a particular focus on workers’ compensation. Ms. Jackson attended Mississippi State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology in 2019. After gaining an interest in the legal system, she obtained her Juris Doctor at the University of Mississippi School of Law, graduating in 2022.

She later gained extensive experience in workers’ compensation defense. She saw firsthand how employers, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers assess claims, while also building substantial trial experience. This background provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the workers’ compensation system and inspired her to aid injured workers in navigating the system more effectively.

Leveraging her experience on both sides of workers’ compensation matters, Ms. Jackson offers clients a comprehensive and strategic approach to representation. Her commitment to client advocacy, combined with her deep understanding of the claims process, enables her to effectively champion the interests of injured workers and help them secure the benefits to which they are entitled.

In 2025, Ms. Jackson was honored with the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association’s Nathan E. Shelby Emerging Leaders Award in recognition of her professional achievements and leadership potential.

In her free time, Ms. Jackson enjoys reading, concerts, hiking, live music, crocheting, and spending time with her two cats, Theodosia and Taz.
