Meet Gabi Jackson

Gabi Jackson began her academic journey at Mississippi State University in Starkville, where she discovered an early passion for justice and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology in 2019. Driven to pursue a career inside the courtroom, she went on to attend the University of Mississippi School of Law. During her legal studies, Gabi immersed herself in legal research, procedural advocacy, and trial preparation, earning her Juris Doctor in 2022 and establishing the foundation for her career in civil litigation.

Following law school, Gabi launched her practice by gaining extensive, hands-on experience in workers' compensation defense. In this role, she observed firsthand how insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and employers evaluate claims, manage risk, and prepare for hearings. Through regular courtroom appearances and contested proceedings, Gabi built substantial trial experience and developed an intricate, behind-the-scenes understanding of the administrative and statutory hurdles injured employees face. Her talent, hard work, and early leadership in the courtroom earned her significant peer recognition, culminating in the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association's presentation of the prestigious Nathan E. Shelby Emerging Leaders Award in 2025.

Having mastered the defense side of the law, Gabi was inspired to shift her practice entirely toward championing everyday people, using her insider knowledge to help injured workers navigate an often intimidating system. Today, she brings that strategic, 360-degree perspective to her workers' compensation practice, anticipating insurance tactics before they arise and crafting proactive legal solutions. Warm, approachable, and communicative, Gabi takes genuine pride in standing up for employees who have been hurt on the job, fighting tenaciously to ensure they receive the full medical care, lost wages, and rightful benefits they deserve.

Outside of her legal work, Gabi embraces a lively, creative personal life. She loves attending concerts, exploring the local live music scene, reading great books, crocheting, and getting outdoors to hike scenic trails. At home, she enjoys unwinding and spending quality time with her two beloved cats, Theodosia and Taz.
