Fernando Salamanca is an Attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Washington D.C. office, representing victims of personal injury, wrongful death, car accidents, and other negligence accidents in both state and federal court.

Fernando earned degrees in Finance and Political Science from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. While attending law school, Fernando worked as a paralegal in a Plaintiff’s firm beginning his experience in personal injury law. After his admission to the Florida Bar, Fernando moved to Orlando, Florida starting his career as a Personal Injury attorney gaining valuable litigation and trial experience. In 2021, Fernando to the DC/Maryland believing high respect for each client along with knowledgeable representation yields favorable experiences and outcomes. Fernando has successfully represented thousands of clients with a wide range of injuries, from soft tissue to life-altering catastrophic injuries.

Fernando’s passion for serving clients has been recognized by the Florida Supreme Court for over 100+ hours in pro bono legal work. Fernando is an active member of the Maryland Justice Association, an organization specializing in Plaintiff-side legal work.

Fernando is a member of the Maryland Bar and is also admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Fernando is also fluent in Spanish and has effectively represented hundreds of Spanish-speaking clients.
