Meet Evans Brittain
Evans Brittain is a personal injury attorney in Morgan & Morgan's Montgomery, Alabama office, representing injured clients in cases against insurance companies and negligent parties. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, he spent more than 25 years defending lawsuits filed against insurance companies and their insureds. This unique perspective allows Evans to anticipate defense strategies and better assist his clients in presenting their claims in the best light possible.
Evans has practiced law in Montgomery since graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2000. Over the course of his career, he has tried dozens of cases to verdict throughout Alabama, covering a wide array of areas, including motor vehicle liability, premises liability, insurance carrier bad faith and numerous other areas involving personal injury. His practice has also included successfully handling appeals before the Alabama Supreme Court.
In recognition of his hard work and diligent representation of his clients, Evans was elected to membership in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, a select group of vetted defense counsel practicing throughout the United States. He has also been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Top Rated Civil Litigation Attorney. Evans also served as a board member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.
