- $3.85 million dollars for two young girls with severe learning disabilities caused by exposure to unhealthy lead levels at the apartment where they lived for two years.
- $1.5 million for the family of a 22-year-old man who committed suicide while incarcerated at Marcy Correctional Facility after corrections officers denied him recreation time and lunch.
- $1 Million for a motorcyclist who was severely injured after being struck by a rental vehicle.
