Meet Dylan J. Finucan
Dylan J. Finucan was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 1999. His family moved to Florida in 2003 and settled in Naples. Dylan identified a passion for law early; however, he was equally passionate about medicine, with his mother and father both working in healthcare.
Dylan attended the University of Florida and graduated with a B.A., with honors, in political science, becoming the first in his family to do so. Dylan then worked as a pharmacy technician at CVS Pharmacy, learning careful attention to detail, and ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. He obtained additional training and certification to vaccinate patients for flu and COVID-19.
Dylan attended Stetson University College of Law and graduated with honors in 2025. Dylan was an Associate on the Stetson Law Review and a Notes and Comments Editor on the Stetson Business Law Review. He also participated in the school’s Honors Program and received the highest grade distinction for Criminal Law.
After passing the Florida Bar, Dylan started his career with Morgan & Morgan. He is passionate about helping victims of medical negligence and their families.
In his free time, Dylan enjoys spending time with his fiancé and their dog, Cody.
