Biography Overview
Cory Simmons is a Florida native who focuses his practice on the representation of victims of business disputes. A graduate of Florida State University and Florida Coastal School of Law, Mr. Simmons began his legal career as a prosecutor where he fought for victims' rights before judges and juries. He later entered civil litigation and worked as an insurance defense attorney for the firm of Baumann, Gant & Keeley, P.A. After years of working closely with insurance carriers and adjusters, he decided to return to the world of victim advocacy, and now represents those wronged in business and commercial matters such as, construction defects, contract litigation, corporate litigation, insurance disputes, investment fraud, professional malpractice, and real estate litigation, among others.
Mr. Simmons is proud to be a member of the Firm's Business Trial Group. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, he handles cases throughout North Florida and Southern Georgia.
