A native of Florida, he embarked on his academic journey at Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then pursued his passion for law by obtaining a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, laying a solid foundation for his legal career.

Mr. Simmons began his legal journey as a prosecutor, vigorously defending victims' rights in courtrooms and gaining invaluable experience advocating before judges and juries. His dedication to justice and serving the community led him into civil litigation, where he served as an insurance defense attorney at the reputable firm of Baumann, Gant & Keeley, P.A. During this time, Mr. Simmons developed a deep understanding of insurance intricacies through close collaboration with carriers and adjusters.

Motivated by a passion for championing the underserved, Mr. Simmons transitioned back to victim advocacy. He currently represents individuals facing a wide range of challenges in business and commercial sectors throughout all of Georgia. His areas of expertise include handling cases related to construction defects, contract disputes, corporate litigation, insurance disagreements, investment fraud, professional malpractice, and real estate litigation, among others.
